VIZIO SmartCast Mobile is non compatible with legacy VIZIO Internet Apps® and VIZIO Internet Apps Plus® Smart TVs.

Latest update removed equalizer for tv
I've had no problems whatsoever with my Vizio p series or the smart bandage mobile app until this latest firmware update, I'g not sure why or if they intentionally did this but they removed the eq equalizer in the audio settings and now you can't cull an eq setting, this is very unfortunate now because my tv and the volume does not sound the same at all its actually quiet and hardly no rich sound dissimilar earlier, before I had the equalizer setting on dynamic and my tv sounded astonishing only by itself no soundbar needed it was really loud and sounded very rich and alot of well-baked sound and smashing bass, now the book is so flat and then quiet I have to plough my television set upwards all the fashion to fifty just to hear information technology decently! I really hope they didn't intentionally accept downwards the TV sound equalizer and hopefully they bring it dorsum in the side by side updates because the audio is really disappointing at present! Even with the treble and bass level all the way upwards its nowhere nigh as loud or sounds equally good equally it did before! Delight bring dorsum the equalizer choice setting for the Tv set audio settings and so the TV will audio better like it did before I actually miss how great my telly sounded now it's way besides quiet and not a good quality sound it's ridiculous that I take to plough the volume level to 50 but to hear decently! This is my only complaint and information technology'due south merely been from the newest latest firmware update on the Vizio p series!

I had bought a vizio 65" Eastward-series 4K smart tv 2years former and for some reason as soon equally the update was pushed out the tv started to power on and off past itself never had whatever problem till now didn't purchase the extended warranty because I have two other vizio TVs that are 8-9 years old never had any issues with them. I believe they are getting ahead of at that place selves with there software updates. Until today I was nothing but vizio, Now not and then certain unless they prove there selfs to take intendance of loyal customers like me! I called vizio and they said there was zilch they can practise for me and then there is nothing I can do for you but permit other people know what I'm dealing with after spending a lot of money on your make all these years!!! And still I went and bought the 2018 version with a 4 year warranty because that's how loyal I am another 800 then if something happens I will never ever buy a vizio boob tube over again we'll see how it goes this fourth dimension please know what your doing with these updates before yous push them out! Also it's Christmas and I have iii kids and so this is a really bad time for me! I thinking twice about giving you another hazard and taking this new one back and going with someone else!

Update: simply at present (nearly 5 min from writing this review) I decided to use my old iPod running iOS nine and my iPhone 5s running iOS 10 and download the Vizio app which of form is non supported until you go to your purchase history and download information technology there.
